JEE Main 2018 notification has announced through the JEE main site in November month 2017 and the JEE main online and offline apply has started from December 1st 2017. Almost few candidates registered through online mode of JEE mains exam. JEE Main 2018 Exam pattern Syllabus paper 1/2 2019

The exam for the JEE mains is conducted every year successfully by the CBSC board. Lakhs of candidates attempt the exam to grab a chance to study engineering or architecture in many best universities and colleges in the country. The JEE Mains exam is to be conducted on April 2018. The notification with all the details has been already released by the board of the CBSC. The candidates can find all the related details of the exam on the website.

Paper 1: JEE Main 2018 Pattern

The exam conducted for the JEE Mains is conducted for 3 hours for the exam. Paper 1 consists of subjects Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of equal weight age. Each subject has 30 questions in the examination. This exam is conducted in both online and offline based for this paper 1. All the questions are of objective type. Multiple answer type questions are asked in the examination. Paper 2 is divided into 3 parts. Part 1 consists of the mathematics subject with objective type questions. Part 2 consists of the Aptitude with objective type questions and part 3 based on the drawing for testing the drawing capability of the candidate. The second paper is conducted only for paper and pen based exam. The second paper exam is conducted in the afternoon.

Paper 2: JEE Main 2018 Pattern

Marks number of questions in the exam is 360. For every answer attempted by the candidate is given 4 marks, whereas for every wrong attempt by the student, 1 mark is deducted from the scored marks. If the candidate does not attempt a question in the exam, there is no deduction of marks. If a candidate, answer two options for a single question, the answer is considered as a wrong answer and a deduction is made as per the wrong attempt. The exam is conducted on the basis of NCERT exam in class 11 and class 12.
